TEACHERS NOMINATE
THEIR TOP STUDENTS

  • The Artist of the Year process starts with the teachers.

​

  • Nominating is easy. Teachers just submit two components:​​

    • Contact information for your student​

    • A short statement about why you are nominating your student.

​

  • Students cannot nominate themselves. They must be nominated by a teacher.​

​

  • Specifics for nominating are listed on each discipline page.

 NEW THIS YEAR ! 

Each SCHOOL / ORGANIZATION is allowed a limited number of nominations per discipline. If more than one teacher at your school wants to nominate students in the same discipline, you must collaborate to decide who will nominate each student.

  • HIGH SCHOOL max.: 5 juniors & 5 seniors

  • PRIVATE STUDIOS/CONSERVATORIES or PRIVATE INSTRUCTOR max.: 1 junior & 1 senior

  • Students will automatically be sent an email with instructions on getting started, however, the email is not required to get started.
